In this FREE 8-week program, meeting on Mondays each week from 6-8pm, we’ll be focusing on personal wellness and strategies to prevent and reverse caregiver burnout, all in a supportive group atmosphere. Topics and activities will include:
Yoga
Nutrition
Self-care
Stress-management
and so much more…
This program is organized by caregiver advocate Consuelo Bulawan Jessop, supported by the Elizabeth Dole Foundation and Wounded Warrior Project, and with special activities and presentations provided by Kimberly Hunt of Underground Yoga and Jennifer Costanza of Rooted Life.
