Join this 4-week workshop where you’ll learn tools for burnout prevention & recovery, boosting energy, and de-stressing. Held in-person in East Greenwich, Apr 23-May 14 2025.
I’m super excited to be offering this workshop series on burnout prevention and recovery, in collaboration with the town of East Greenwich, RI!
Over 4 weeks, you’ll learn and apply a selection of holistic tools & strategies for:
combatting stress,
increasing your energy, and
cultivating more work-life balance and joy in your life
…all in a safe and supportive environment .
Topics to be covered include nutrition, sleep, de-stressing through nervous system regulation, and more!
This is an in-person group program, led by me (Jennifer Costanza) and hosted by the Town of East Greenwich, RI.
The program runs for 4 weeks:

$40 (EG resident), $45 (non-resident)
