One of my favorite items to batch cook is veggie burgers. Everyone likes them, you can easily make a double (or triple!) batch at once, and they freeze and reheat really well. These Berber Veggie Burgers borrow from the rich flavors of North Africa. They’re warm and spicy, and paired with my Mint Yogurt Sauce, are sure to be a crowd pleaser.
